OPENING: Wednesday 15 March, 5 – 9 PM.

Exhibition continues until 30 April.

Jonatan Carlsson has during the last few years documented his many trips throughout North America. Like the mythical Hobo, he has been train hopping railroad freight cars to see where they might take him. In doing so, he is following the long tradition of freedom-seeking individuals that have claimed their space in literature and arts, whilst considered deviant by society. This exhibition presents an extensive collage including photos, films and objects. We also get glimpses of Jonatan’s latest trip featuring the presidential election and the protests in Standing Rock.

Jonatan Carlsson is a graffiti-painting photographer that recently released the photography zine “A Swedish fish across America” that will also be on display in this exhibition.
